Recent eClerx interview experiences follow a walk-in pattern: an English communication test (some candidates name it Versant or describe an AI-scored test), an aptitude test, one or two HR conversations, and a manager or operations round, sometimes all on one day. Finance candidates in Airoli, Navi Mumbai and Pune were asked about derivatives, capital markets, the trade life cycle and AML and KYC. A customer operations Analyst in Mumbai was asked basic Excel, CRM and Salesforce questions and whether night shifts were fine.
Candidates who got offers describe a quick, smooth process. Those who did not usually missed the communication cut-off, struggled with finance questions in the last round, or never heard back after the final interview.
