Editorial Process

Mission

interviewquestions.app exists to give candidates free, company-specific interview prep. For each company we cover, we publish an interview-experience page (round structure, reported questions, outcomes) and an HR page (behavioural frameworks tied to that company’s culture). No registration, no courses, no paywall.

The site is founded by Anchal Katyal and published by KASP Digital LLC. Our sister site placementpapers.app covers OA papers, coding practice, and salary/eligibility for the same companies.

Research inputs (not republication)

We treat external material as inputs for synthesis, not pages to copy. Typical inputs include:

  1. Candidate reports: anonymized or public stories about rounds, questions, timelines, and outcomes (forums, communities, and direct submissions)
  2. Official company sources: careers pages and public hiring-process descriptions when available
  3. Process context: Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and similar platforms for round counts and theme checks
  4. Seasonal review: hiring cycles change OA formats, round order, and HR themes; we revisit pages each season (currently 2026)

A raw thread or careers blurb is never the finished page. We reorganize, cross-check, and rewrite into a consistent company hub so candidates get structure and prep value, not a mirror of someone else’s post.

What we add

Editorial work is where originality shows up. On a typical company update we:

  • Build round tables that map how many stages exist, roughly how long each runs, and what each stage tests
  • Write prep notes that translate reported questions into practice targets (what to study before that round)
  • Craft HR frameworks using STAR or Present-Past-Future so answers are adaptable, not scripts to memorize
  • Preserve outcome context: selected vs rejected, what seemed to work, and where candidates struggled
  • Flag variance: campus vs off-campus, role level, and year can change the loop; we call that out so readers do not treat one story as a universal script

That synthesis is the product. Aggregation alone would leave candidates with noise; our job is a usable, company-specific brief.

What we refuse

We will not:

  • Invent “verified” claims without a grounding source or clear framing as reported experience
  • Sell courses, coaching, or premium gates on this site
  • Copy pages wholesale from forums, blogs, or careers sites
  • Guarantee outcomes or imply that following a sample answer guarantees selection
  • Present one candidate’s loop as the only possible process when variance is known

If a detail cannot be supported as a reported input or an official public description, it does not belong on the page as fact.

Update cadence

Hiring is seasonal. We prioritize refreshes when:

  • Campus and off-campus hiring seasons ramp up
  • Multiple new reports conflict with an older round table
  • A company publicly changes OA, interview stages, or culture messaging

Pages show Published on / Updated on dates next to the author byline so you can judge freshness. The 2026 cycle is the current review target across company hubs.

Corrections and experience submissions

You improve the site when you send corrections or anonymized experiences.

Email: anchal@kasp.ae
Form / guidance: Contact

Helpful submissions include:

  • Company name and role (or level)
  • Year (and campus vs off-campus if relevant)
  • Round order and roughly what each round tested
  • Questions or themes you remember (paraphrase is fine)
  • Outcome (selected, rejected, or withdrew), if you are comfortable sharing

Anonymized reports are welcome. Do not send confidential company materials or anything you are not allowed to share. We use submissions as editorial inputs the same way we use public reports: synthesized into our structure, not pasted as-is.
