Overview

Usual flow: Coding round(s) → Technical interview → Managerial round (+ client round if the position is client-specific)
Digital engineering / studios model - core is usually 2 rounds (Tech, then Managerial), with a client round bolted on for client-specific openings. Overall hiring takes ~25 days on average per Glassdoor’s submitted-interview data.
What technical rounds look like
Section titled “What technical rounds look like”Role-specific stack questions (e.g. C#, WebAPI, Angular, SQL Server for a .NET/full-stack opening) plus DSA coding problems (reverse an array, standard problem-solving sets), scenario-based questions, and discussion of academic projects and each teammate’s role on them.
