Globant Interview Experiences

These Globant interview notes are rewritten from public student posts and prep-site summaries. Your panel can still look different.

Usual flow: Coding round(s) → Technical interview → Managerial round (+ client round if the position is client-specific)

Digital engineering / studios model - core is usually 2 rounds (Tech, then Managerial), with a client round bolted on for client-specific openings. Overall hiring takes ~25 days on average per Glassdoor’s submitted-interview data.

Role-specific stack questions (e.g. C#, WebAPI, Angular, SQL Server for a .NET/full-stack opening) plus DSA coding problems (reverse an array, standard problem-solving sets), scenario-based questions, and discussion of academic projects and each teammate’s role on them.

Standard fresher fit/relocation/motivation themes, agile/scrum familiarity, and behavioural questions on teamwork, tight deadlines, and handling challenges - consistent with other reports.

Software Engineer (0-2 yrs) drive: 3 rounds including a coding round with 6 problems total across the process; candidate cleared by passing all test cases and communicating clearly. A separate Hyderabad-based report describes a 1-hour technical round covering C#, WebAPI, Angular and SQL Server, plus a “reverse the array” coding question and scenario-based questions.

Aggregate submitted-interview data: process typically runs portfolio/resume review → technical interview → review/managerial round → final conversation, ~25 days end-to-end; 61.7% of reviewers rate the experience positive, difficulty ~2.9/5 (medium). Most reports mention role-specific technical questions (coding, cloud, or AI/ML depending on opening) plus behavioural questions on teamwork and deadlines.

These notes come from public reports and can differ by campus, year, and role. If your college placement email or the official careers/notification PDF says something different, follow that.

After technical rounds, Globant usually closes with a short HR / hiring-manager conversation: motivation, location, notice period, and a couple of behavioural stories. Prepare those answers on the dedicated page rather than cramming them into this hub.
