9. What do you know about Target?

What do you know about Target?”Prepare three facts: business lines in omnichannel retail - stores, e-commerce, supply chain, and owned brands - engineered out of Target Corporation India in Bangalore, engineering focus (HackerRank DSA at Easy-Medium plus SQL, live coding and machine coding where you fix bugs/add a feature/write tests on existing code, then role-scoped system design), and one recent public initiative. From student reports fresher CTC context: ₹15-25 LPA (believe the written offer letter).
10. Do you have any questions for us?
Section titled “10. Do you have any questions for us?”Ask about team rituals, mentoring, success metrics for the role, or tech stack. Avoid salary as the first question.

Red flags to avoid
