Hexaware Interview Experiences
Overview

Usual flow: Resume shortlisting → Online aptitude + tech/domain test → Coding (PGET) → Communication assessment (SpeechX/Mettl) → Technical / EC interview → HR interview
Split GET/PGET tracks; communication assessment is a real round that rejects a lot of people; PGET adds coding.
What technical rounds look like
Section titled “What technical rounds look like”Short technical/EC rounds (often ~15-25 min) on resume languages, OOPs, DBMS, DSA basics, and projects. Clearing tech is often described as near-final before HR.
What HR rounds look like
