GlobalLogic Interview Experiences

These GlobalLogic interview notes are rewritten from public student posts and prep-site summaries. Your panel can still look different.

Usual flow: Online assessment → Technical interview → Managerial → HR

Four-round campus loop with a distinct managerial round between tech and HR.

Projects, resume tech stack, DSA discussion (e.g. middle of linked list brute vs optimized).

Why GlobalLogic, relocation, higher studies plans, contribution; managerial round asks about achievements and real project examples.

Student report 1 - [gfg GlobalLogic trainee se on-campus]

Section titled “Student report 1 - [gfg GlobalLogic trainee se on-campus]”

OA → Tech → Managerial (29→18) → HR; 11 finally selected for full-time Trainee SE.

Student report 2 - [gfg GlobalLogic selected]

Section titled “Student report 2 - [gfg GlobalLogic selected]”

Cleared OA coding+sections → ~45-50m tech → 30m managerial (real project examples, DSA, higher studies) → 15-20m HR; result same day.

These notes come from public reports and can differ by campus, year, and role. If your college placement email or the official careers/notification PDF says something different, follow that.

After technical rounds, GlobalLogic usually closes with a short HR / hiring-manager conversation: motivation, location, notice period, and a couple of behavioural stories. Prepare those answers on the dedicated page rather than cramming them into this hub.
